The property is great for honeymooners or vacationing couples desiring a quiet, relaxing, romantically-secluded getaway, while remaining close to many amenities and good restaurants. For example, just five minutes away is the Squire Tarbox Inn where you can make reservations for a wonderful organic dinner. There are also two organic farm stands on the island within walking or biking distance of the cottage. You can also visit the Bonyun Preserve conservation lands with hiking trails that is a 7 minute drive away. Or spend your day exploring the area in the canoe and visit one of the many uninhabited islands to enjoy a picnic lunch. The cottage and waterfront face west, giving stunning views of the sunset. The cottage is bright, airy and full of light. A nice grassy area with wooden chairs along the water’s edge offers a nice place to relax and read.
