1) Why is it free to list my rental?
Answer: We will be adding Paid Premium listings sometime in the future that will appear above the Free Basic listings.

2) How long will my Basic listing remain free?
Answer: Forever

3) Why do you only have State Pages and not City/Area pages?
Answer: We will be adding City/Area pages in the future, and your listing will then appear on both the State page and the City/Area page.
